When is payment due? What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is due upon booking. Payments are taken online via Square, which allows credit/debit card, bank account, and cash app. I can also accept payment via Zelle or Venmo.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations 2+ weeks before the order date will receive a full refund. Orders canceled within 5 days of the order date will not receive a refund.
Where are you located? How do I pick up the cookies?
I operate out of a private cookie studio in my home in the Laveen Village neighborhood (zip code 85339). I will arrange a time with you to meet for pick-up at the nearby Starbucks in Laveen Village right off the 202 & Baseline.
Are there any animals in your house?
I have one dog, an 8 lb chihuahua. She is never allowed in my cookie studio, and I am a “certified clean freak.” I am constantly cleaning! I 100% understand if you are concerned about pet allergens, and will happily refer you to another local cookie maker!
What day should I pick up my order?
I recommend picking up your cookies the day before your event or the morning of.
Do you deliver? Do you offer shipping?
Yes, I can deliver orders that are over $150, for a fee. This fee is calculated based on time/mileage. As for shipping, I am not permitted to ship orders due to Arizona Cottage Law. If you know someone in Arizona who can pick up your order, they are welcome to ship it to you instead.
Do you have any allergy-friendly options?
Unfortunately, I cannot take allergy order requests at this time. My recipes contain wheat, eggs, dairy and tree nuts. The sugar cookies and royal icing contain pure almond extract.
How far in advance should I order?
Please try to order as soon as you can or at least 2 weeks ahead of time.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
The minimum order requirement is 1 dozen cookies, or 1 DIY kit.
Do you offer discounts?
I do not offer discounts as I am a 1 person operation.
I have heard sugar cookies are bad and rock hard. Is this true?
No!!! They are soft-bite sugar cookies and they taste amazing :)
How long do the cookies keep? Can the cookies be frozen?
All cookies will come individually packaged and will stay fresh at room temperature for up to two weeks within their sealed bags (but are best when eaten within 5-7 days!) Yes, the cookies can be frozen. Keep the cookies packaged in their individual bags and gently place them into an airtight container or a ziplock bag. To thaw, pull the container or ziplock bag from the freezer and let it thaw on the counter. Do not open the container/ziplock bag until they are completely thawed.
